Here is the truth, my friend and I keep on arguing about whether the Sharkey's at NH is in Nashua or not. I said yes, he keeps on saying no, and here is the funny thing- I picked up the phone, telling him I would call their customer service hotline to settle the issue once and for all, when he grabbed the landline away from me. He said that it would remove all the fun of the debating, I never considered it as my idea of fun, I told him. Some people are just so weird, huh? Well, Sharkey's Poker Room at Nashua NH calls itself as a mini-casino, and they offer poker, roulette, LET IT RIDE, and blackjack. The blackjack is not popular at Sharkey's Poker Room at Nashua NH and you know why? House rules say ties would favor the House, but I guess they are not alone on that score. The law of NH confines the stakes, a max of two dollars. The management though is permitted to run tourneys for bigger buyin amounts. If you want to know about the food, they have a restaurant, simple stuff. Pizza, drinks, sandwiches, but if you want a chef salad, they also have that. In case you don't know it yet, Sharkey's Poker Room at Nashua NH is within racetrack terrritories, and the room holds a wonderful view on the tracks. Actually, there was one time I got so enticed with the view that I forgot I was playing a big-money poker game. The dealer had to shout at me thrice to call my attention.

A very helpful tool for the online poker player is the Poker Edge, the brainchild of two Carnegie Mellon students. What this basically aims to do- is to track each gambling soul on the site, Party poker that is. In other words, poker player stats would be the target. Now, they have Version 2, a fairly new invention, if we can call it that. From among the poker player stats we can be interested in, this one would surely make you sit up and notice. The program could given the recent showdowns done or participated in by the gambler you are targetting. It would of course give the searcher a useful idea on the kind of player the target is- the kind of holdings used and a peek into their overall style. What more can you, or we- ask for? This kind of datea, used in addition to the rest of the poker player stats, would indeed give a very useful profile on the targetted player. 'How much should I prepare'- would be the logical question. Well, it's basically 10$/month (if you want exact, that's $9.99)- if you want the low-limit kind, and for the high-limit genre, it would be 20$/monthly.

Two Las Vegas poker room reviews today, the first is the ever-popular, much-touted Mirage. The table games are the mainstream- roulette, craps, blackjack, 3-card poker, and even Pai Gow if you know how to play that. The minimum wagers- ten dollars basically but on very busy season, there might be just a few games with a minimum less than twenty-five. Of course, there are always the comps to talk about- in the Mirage, the VIPs get them naturally. A good thing though, slot club gives something to each and every slots buff, even if the nickel games are the only ones he/she can afford (I know so many people belonging to the last group). Now, we go to the scond of our Las Vegas poker room reviews, the Stratosphere. The games in here: pretty much the same, Pai gow, Let it Ride, Roulette, Craps, Blackjack. Did you notice I did not mention poker, that's because it goes without saying. Again, who gets the comps: well, this establshment is generous with suite offers, and ten dollars plus about 3 or 4 hours at the gaming table, and you could get a buffet. Now, that's a good thing for those who thrive on EATING.

If you think poker's simply a card game, then you're wrong. Poker is actually made up of several other variants, which, in turn, has further various sub-variants. Now, does that make you want to go crazy? It could, but it shouldn't, totally. I'm saying these things to make you guys realize how rich--in other words, how wealthy--our favorite game is. I tried to consult a list of poker card games so that I can identify which are the most common and which ones are really "hit" poker card games. I'm sharing with you right now the things I've learned by going through this list. Number one: I'm sure you know Texas Hold 'Em and Omaha. Well, they both belong to the community cards category. I'm not sure why TV and movie producers saw this category as a potential hit before. Perhaps it's because community card games are, how do you call that? Economical? Practical? It's because all the players on the table only have one deck, not several decks unlike in the studs. The players take turns trying to come up with the highest valued poker hand out of a single deck of cards. Of course, whoever gets the highest wins the pot.

Free Game Online Poker Free Game Online PokerIs there any free online poker game that's downloadable? And, are there any instant play online poker game that's not for free? These are questions that are, well, just borne out of curiosity. You see--I'm sure you guys already know this, though--a poker game online can either be free or available for a certain cost, and can be downloadable or can run solely on the website. Well, I used to think that if it's instant play, it's got to be free, and that if it's downloadable, it has a price because you're basically buying some sort of copyrighted property. But now, I get to see a lot of poker game sites that feature free downloadable games and others that have a priced instant play game. That's quite confusing. Anyway, whether it's for free or not, what's important and what should be given prime consideration is that in any case, you should learn and put your learnings to practice. So, what good does it bring you to download a free online poker game? It allows you to practice. Practice makes perfect, right? And, perfection is what makes champions. What poker games are available for free online? Well, almost any poker game online can be offered for free. Just make sure you comply with whatever requirement the site imposes.

Sometimes, I get fascinated with online poker room reviews. Let's sample one of the most popular poker room review sites over the Internet (I say popular because it's one of the most common search items that come up when you make use of online search engines like Yahoo and Google). That's none other than--surprise!--Online Poker Room Reviews! You access Online Poker Room Reviews by logging on to www.reviewpokerrooms.com. The home page of Online Poker Room Reviews boasts of a news website style. The first thing perhaps that's going to catch your eye is the Best Online Poker Rooms diagram. It, well, lists the best online poker rooms by virtue of their ratings. How does it rate poker rooms? Using a scale of ten, Online Poker Room Reviews rate poker rooms by means of the software, player traffic, quality of players, customer support, and promotions and bonuses. Aside from the ratings, the chart also features the first deposit bonuses that each top ranking site offers, and yes, direct links to the site and to the review itself. I like the way Online Poker Room Reviews present its reviews. They're comprehensive in the sense that each piece of information is well laid out and presented. Each comprehensive review has eight sub-sections: the rating summary, customer support, sofware, bonuses and promotions, the games offerred (they got a convenient easy to read checklist here), the quality of the site's players, traffic, and the site's history.

Check out the script-like text endlessly winding at the left side of the screen. That's the first thing that made me crazy when I first logged on to the Red Hot Revenue site. And, the red hot flame graphics. Makes me want to go out and get a steak! I love playing at Red Hot Revenue. You just can't believe this: it's got the best household names in online casinolandia. It's got Giant Vegas, Nutspoker Poker, Royal Dice, and Sierra Star in the house. Really now, there's no better way to play poker, bingo, and casino than to play with Red Hot Revenue (and a kabab of beef barbecue in one hand, sizzled by red hot chili sauce. Yum!). What's really hot about Red Hot Revenue is that you really get a chunk of that site's own red hot revenue! So, how can you get red hot revenue from Red Hot Revenue? It all begins with logging on to the site. That's www.redhotrevenue.com. And, since Red Hot Revenue's got four client game givers so you have a lot of options. But do you know what the best, best thing is? Each month, your balance resets to zero. Of course, if you got something like positive $100 on your account, it won't be reset because I'm sure Red Hot Revenue knows we don't want that reset. But if you got negative $100, then that's good news!

It's fascinating what a bunch of cards can do to foster entertainment in a lot of people. Poker is just so popular with homes and neighborhoods that some business-minded people took advantage of this popularity to create a money-making venture. The waves that poker makes in casinos are just so unbelievably huge that casino enthusiasts bet for it as one of the ten most preferred casino games. However, unlike home casinos where you can enjoy and still be yourself, there are some limitations with playing casino poker that you may be privy about. I've listed here some examples. If you're used to ransacking your pockets every time your "cash bank" runs out during a hand, then for goodness' sake, don't do that in a casino. As a rule, players in a casino poker deal only with the chips that are on the table. If this emergency situation happens, though, declare, "All in." However, please understand that you can no longer have what's on the pot even if you've got the best hand. On the other hand, when playing that teeny Texas Hold'em poker game you get to watch often on TV, remember that Texas Hold'em on TV and Texas Hold'em in casinos are two entirely different things. Texas Hold'em in TV has lesser rules and limitations than those in casinos.
